K3 Lead Teacher – Covenant Christian Academy (CCA)
Reports to: Director of Covenant Christian Academy

Covenant Christian Academy is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dependable Lead Teacher for our K3 classroom. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and Christ-centered learning environment that supports the social, emotional, spiritual, and academic development of three-year-old children.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate daily activities and lessons.
• Foster a safe, positive, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Guide children's social, emotional, and behavioral development.
• Communicate effectively with parents and school administration.
• Maintain classroom organization and compliance with DSS regulations.
• Collaborate with assistant teachers and other staff members.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Covenant Christian Academy.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, school-year position.
