There are many ways to get involved in our ministries here at Covenant. We believe God has gifted all of us with unique, spiritual gifts to build up the body of the Church. On this page you will find a copy of this year’s IHS booklet as well as the commitment card forms for Adults, Students and Children. How to Submit Your Forms
Below you will find all the commitment cards as you would in the physical copy of the In His Steps: Every Member in Ministry booklet. Here is what you need to know about submitting your forms online:

This Commitment Card can be filled out as an individual or as a couple. You can commit to Pledge to the General Budget, Debt Reduction Fund, or both. You can choose weekly, monthly, or yearly.
This form is submitted to Jeremy Wilkerson, our church accountant.

This Commitment Card can be filled out by both spouses. To fill out this form, find the ministry area you’re interested in serving and select the role you plan to serve. Multiple ministry areas can be chosen!

This Commitment Card is filled out individually. If you have multiple students, you will need to fill out multiple forms. We require information from both the student and parent of the student. To fill out this form, find the ministry area you’re interested in serving and select the role you plan to serve. Multiple ministry areas can be chosen!
