MISSIONS

Covenant Missions exists to embody the love of Jesus Christ by equipping and mobilizing our congregation to be rooted in the Great Commission. Our mission is to proclaim the Gospel through acts of service to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those we encounter and use biblical principles from the Gospel message to show the love of God so others may understand their need for salvation through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.  And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.

MATTHEW 28: 19-20

GLOBAL MISSIONS

Jesus calls us as his disciples to make disciples of all nations. Covenant partners with several international ministries to join them in what they’re already doing to advance the gospel in other parts of the world. From praying, to giving, to going, there are many opportunities to get involved in what God is doing in the global church.
Compassion International
Compassion International is a Christian child development organization working to release children from extreme poverty in Jesus' name. Child sponsorship opportunities introduce children to Jesus, showing them the truth of the good news in action through critical care and loving encouragement. Covenant supports child sponsorship programs in both El Salvador and the Dominican Republic, and also sponsors a Child Survival Program in El Salvador.  The Child Survival Program serves vulnerable mothers by providing access to pre and post-natal care, nutritious food, early childhood development, and spiritual nurturing to help mom and baby thrive together.  Covenant hosts yearly mission trips to the projects we support in El Salvador and the Dominican Republic.
