Covenant Classes

2024 Winter/Spring Classes

Covenant Classes offer options for every step of your faith journey. In a Small Group you will study and grapple with the truth of God with other believers who are on similar faith paths. There are classes for you whether you are beginning your journey or wanting to go deeper.

Kids, Students, and Technology : Facilitated by Melodie Streett and Patrick Griffey | Sundays, February 4th – March 10th |11am – 12pm | Covenant Church –  The Chapel

Our Children’s and Youth Pastors will be offered this course as families navigate a healthy and biblical foundation for technology. They will cover topics such as digital bullying, social media, among many other topics. They will also have guest speakers come in to address specific topics. Please sign up and bring a friend!

 

Mom Connection:  2nd Wednesday Nights | January 10th | 6:30pm – 8pm | Covenant Church – Room 603/605

The mothers of Covenant gather on the 2nd of the month for a time of fellowship, study, worship, and discipleship. We encourage you to sign up and come on out. Childcare is provided – registration required at least 2 weeks out. For more questions, contact the Church Office.

Are you new to Covenant? Maybe you have been visiting for a while or just joined the church. We invite you to take your “first step” in joining the life of our church by learning what we are all about, what is uniquely different about Covenant, what is important to Covenant, and how you can be a part of what God is doing here at Covenant!

Women’s Class on Isaiah by Melissa Spoelstra: Facilitated by Mickie Wike and Leslie Lunsford

Unpacking Isaiah’s words will reveal that you can trust God more than your own human effort or the counterfeits the world suggests. You won’t be striving harder, but instead trusting more deeply the Faithful One who is so worthy of our utter dependence. In Him you’ll find the comfort and peace you need to sustain you. 

C.S. Lewis’ “Mere Christianity” with Allen Buckner

Wednesday Nights | March 6th – May 8th  | 6:30pm – 7:30pm | Covenant Church – Room 613

Walk with others this Spring as we look at the life of C.S. Lewis and his book “Mere Christianity”. This study and book will prove to be a life changing experience!

Men’s Bible Study “ The Titus Ten” by Josh Smith facilitated by Dale Ouellette

Thursdays 7am-8am -OR- 7pm-8pm |  January 11th – March 14th | Location: TBA

Men, are you early in your marriage or fatherhood journey?  Are you striving to be a better husband or father?  Join other like minded men as we pursue becoming the kind of man God intends for us to be.  Our study will be focused on a book written by Josh Smith – The Titus Ten, Foundations for Godly Manhood. We will offer this class on both Thursday mornings and evenings. Please let us know which one works best for you!
