Substitute Teacher – Covenant Christian Academy (CCA)

Covenant Christian Academy is seeking caring, dependable, and flexible substitute teachers to support our preschool program as needed. Substitute teachers provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children while maintaining classroom routines in the absence of regular staff.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities.

• Follow classroom schedules and teacher instructions.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in care.

• Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment.

• Comply with DSS regulations and school policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with young children preferred.

• Dependable, flexible, and able to adapt to different classrooms and age groups.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Covenant Christian Academy.

Schedule: Flexible, as needed based on staffing needs and availability.
