Welcome to Covenant’s Church Community

Logging in to Covenant’s member portal, Realm, provides a secure, web-based environment that gives you access to the church community from any computer with internet connectivity. Not only will Realm provide administrative tools for our staff to manage our daily operations, but it will also make it easier for our church family to connect with each other, keep up with what’s going on, and grow as a connected community of believers.

If you are a Covenant member or a regular attender of Covenant, we encourage you to create an account. Once you set up your account, using the email on file and a password you create, you can then log-in to the church database.

Please note: Your contact information is never public or searchable on the Internet. Any information you elect to make visible to your church family is always protected behind a login. Information in our database is not shared with outside organizations.

RESOURCES

  • If you have received an invitation to join Realm:

    Click the link in the invitation. When setting up your account, you must use the email address where you received the invitation and your password must meet the password requirements (If you wish to change the email address associated with your Realm account or your password, you can do so by clicking ‘My Account’ after you have completed the initial account set up process.)

  • Click the Sign-Up option to send us a request to join Realm. Be sure to provide the email address you would like associated with your account. We will use that email address to send your invitation. Once you receive the invitation in your email, proceed with the steps above.

  • Once you have created your account through the Realm website, an easy way to stay connected to our church wherever you go is by downloading the free Realm Connect app for iPhone and Android devices. Your login credentials are the same as the email address  and password you used to create your account.

  • Everyone in our church gets a unique profile and it is critical that your information is kept current to help our staff, group leaders, and church community stay connected with you.

    Once your account is set up, we recommend that you:

    Review and update your contact (name, address, email, phone) and personal (e.g. birthday, marital status, interests) information.

    Upload a current photo of you and your family members.

  • Only people who have created a Realm account will be searchable in the Directory, therefore each person should have a unique email and password to login. Members and Regular Attendees are searchable by Last Name. 

  • Review your giving history or make new donations online or on your mobile phone. Sign in to look over your year-to-date giving, check pledge progress, print a contribution statement, or make a new one-time or recurring donation. It’s always available and kept secure in an online environment.

  • Through Realm in the Events tab, you may view event details for the specific groups you participate in. The church calendar with dates, times, and locations for ALL church events is accessible on the Covenant website (covenantgreer.org). You can click the link from Realm’s Newsfeed at any time to be directed to Covenant’s daily calendar.

  • By default, the viewing of your contact and personal information is limited to members of groups you are in, group leaders, and staff members. If you choose to, however, you can make your information visible to the entire church. But if you prefer to be more private, be sure to review and select from the various Privacy settings options. Family members listed as “Head” or “Spouse” can choose privacy settings for children.
