*Please note that registrations must be made for your assigned date. Registrations submitted on the incorrect date cannot be accepted, and you will need to register again on your allocated date.
Message from the school: Please note that completing this form does not guarantee enrollment. You will receive an email confirming that your child has been offered a spot OR that they have been placed on the waitlist by January 9th. If your child is offered a spot, you must come to CCA and pay the registration fee by 4:30pm on January 13th to officially secure their placement.
2026-2027 Program Details
Thank you for your interest in Covenant’s weekday preschool ministry, Covenant Christian Academy (CCA). We are honored you are considering trusting us to provide education, love, and care for your young child.
We provide an age-appropriate curriculum focused on preparing your child academically for Kindergarten while introducing appropriate Bible lessons and emphasizing God’s love.
CCA follows the Greenville County School District Calendar. Closed on teacher workdays.
Children are assigned to classrooms based on their age as of September 1st.
Programs and Tuition
Infant class options:
• 5 days per week, Monday through Friday
FULL DAY – 7:15am-4:30pm – $57.00/day
CORE DAY – 9:00am-2:00pm – $30.00/day
CORE DAY + EARLY STAY – 7:15am-2:00pm – $42.00/day
CORE DAY + LATE STAY – 9:00am-4:30pm – $45.00/day
Pre-K1 & Pre-K2 options:
• 2 day per week, Tuesday and Thursday
• 3 days per week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday
• 5 days per week, Monday through Friday
FULL DAY – 7:15am-4:30pm – $55.00/day
CORE DAY – 9:00am-2:00pm – $28.00/day
CORE DAY + EARLY STAY – 7:15am-2:00pm – $40.00/day
CORE DAY + LATE STAY – 9:00am-4:30pm – $43.00/day

• 3 day per week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Monthly tuition is calculated based on actual number of school days in the month.
**IMPORTANT EARLY & LATE stay enrollment applies to the same number of days your child is enrolled, this fee will run alongside your tuition cost for the enrollment period. No change can be made to put these services on hold during the enrollment cycle.**

Early Stay: 7:15-9:00am (Early Stay drop-off window – 7:15-7:45am)
Core Day: 9:00am-2:00pm
(Doors Open 8:45-9:00am – Doors Close 1:45-2:00pm)

Program Features
CCA children enjoy our state of the art classrooms and facilities.
• Godly Play is offered weekly for K3 classes.
• Chapel is offered weekly for K4 classes.
• Spanish is offered weekly for K4 classes.
• K1 through K4 classes attend music weekly and participate in the Christmas play.
• Stretch and Grow, a PE related arts, is offered weekly to K3 & K4
We have a playground, a gymnasium, outdoor chapel and courtyard available for a variety of activities.
A lead teacher and assistant are assigned to each classroom during instruction time.

Registration
A $250 nonrefundable registration fee is required with the Registration Form. The registration fee is $350 for families enrolling more than one child.
Enrollment
Enrollment packages including a Parent Handbook will be mailed out on April 1st. All enrollment paperwork including an SC Certification of Immunization (exemptions are not accepted) and a $100 supply fee are due by April 22nd.
Any child that is withdrawn from the program after May 1st will pay a four-week tuition penalty.
Tuition is automatically drafted on the 7th of each month or the first business day thereafter beginning in August.
